February A.C.E.S. Is Named

Michael Link, Biomedical Equipment Manager has been selected A.C.E.S. (A Caring Employee of Sturdy) for the month of February.

A coworker said, “Whenever I have to call, for any issue, he responds promptly and helps resolve the matter at hand. Michael has been an exceptional leader in his department and the hospital. He is proactive, thorough and extremely detail oriented.”

It was also said that, “Mike’s commitment to Sturdy and patient care needs truly exemplifies the essence of ownership. He will persistently advocate for Sturdy’s best interests. Regardless of the challenge, his determination to find a solution to the problem and ‘can do’ attitude is exemplary.”

“Mike is a pleasure to work with,” said another coworker. “His calm and friendly approach to all situations in refreshing. No matter how challenging an issue may be, he approaches each situation thoughtfully and often times with a touch of humor.”  

Michael is a resident of Johnston, RI and has been a Sturdy employee since 2015.
