May A.C.E.S. Is Named

Taylor Lombardi, Patient Care Assistant in the Emergency Care Center has been selected A.C.E.S. (A Caring Employee of Sturdy) for the month of May.

A coworker said of Taylor, “He is always extremely happy and positive. He serves as a great role model in a stressful and busy work environment.” It was also said that, “He is positive in stressful situations.”

Taylor was also described as, “always smiling. You can see his happiness in the way he walks, and it’s contagious.” He is a rare breed of human. I don’t think he even knows how to have a bad day.”

“He finds the positive in everything. He cares about his patients and takes the time to talk to them and get to know them. He asks what he can do to make everyone more comfortable,” said a coworker.

Taylor is a resident of Mansfield, MA and has been a Sturdy employee since 2016.
