Sturdy Names Its August A.C.E.S.

Larry Vicario, Supervisor in Nutrition & Food Services has been selected A.C.E.S. (A Caring Employee of Sturdy) for the month of August.

A coworker said, “Larry has been working for Sturdy for many years as a supervisor and during this time he has always gone the extra mile for this employees and for the patients. Working in a team, atmosphere is what he strives for – he is constantly checking in with staff to ensure that they have everything they need to provide excellent service.” It was also said that, “He demonstrates a model work ethic that his staff love him for.”

Larry was described as, “always the first one in and has a lot of energy - you just know when he is working because of how energetic he is. He is always quick to make a joke or get someone to smile. Larry can make everyone around him have a better day.”

A coworker said of Larry, “He is thorough and has a high sense of pride for our food and customer service we provide. Ownership is a huge quality we can all appreciate. Larry demonstrates the kind of work ethic and attitude, which makes our department a special place to work. I am surprised he has not received this accolade yet, but his time is now!”

 Larry is a resident of North Attleboro, MA and has been a Sturdy employee since 2002.
