Sturdy Names Deborah Silva Its December A.C.E.S.

Deborah Silva, Manager in Patient Financial Services has been selected A.C.E.S. (A Caring Employee of Sturdy) for the month of December.

A coworker said, “Deb’s door is always open. She is a hard worker and is always professional and courteous.”

It was also said, “She is a great person to work with – Deb makes you want to do a great job!” Deb was described as, “always willing to listen. If she can address any problem or issue, she does. I have never felt that I couldn’t go to her for help with a problem.”

“She is outstanding. She works with us to make the department work well. Our staff think very highly of her,” said a coworker.

Deborah is a resident of South Attleboro and has been a Sturdy employee since 1996.
