Sturdy Memorial Hospital Names Director of Nursing for Inpatient Services
Evelyn Vasconcelos, BSN, MSN, has been selected as the new Director of Nursing for Inpatient Services. She will be responsible for overseeing all in-patient nursing units including the staff and the care provided to patients, professional development, nursing education, nursing practice forum, clinical ladder program, RN nurse residency program, staffing office, as well as overseeing the resource coordinators.
Ms. Vasconcelos graduated from Rhode Island College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and received a Masters’ of Science Degree in Nursing from Western Governor’s University.
