Sturdy Health’s Lisa Salameh, MHA, BSN, RN, Named to Becker's Top 2025 CNOs to Know

Lisa Salameh, MHA, BSN, RN, Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at Sturdy Health, has been recognized for the third consecutive year by Becker’s Hospital Review, a leading medical industry trade magazine that provides news and analysis for hospitals and health systems, as one of Becker’s Top 2025 Chief Nursing Officers to Know. This prestigious recognition highlights chief nursing leaders who are advancing healthcare delivery and navigating the complex challenges facing the nursing profession.
In her role, Lisa provides executive leadership for nursing practice and nursing administration across all Sturdy Health service lines. She leads nursing teams at Sturdy Memorial Hospital and throughout the system’s primary and specialty care practices, overseeing inpatient and ambulatory services including emergency care, acute care, and medical practice-based nursing. Her responsibilities also extend to perioperative and surgical services, pharmacy, respiratory services, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, endoscopy, and clinical education.
Under her leadership, Sturdy Health has continued to strengthen its clinical governance framework while supporting high standards of care and operational excellence. Lisa’s sustained focus on developing leaders, supporting the nursing workforce, and advancing systemwide practice standards has helped position Sturdy Health to meet both current and future patient care needs.
