Perinatal and Postpartum Support Group to help expectant and postpartum mothers through difficult adjustments to life changes. Connect with other mothers experiencing similar challenges and learn coping strategies from Sturdy Health staff.

“It’s Okay To Not Be Okay.”  You are not alone.
Join Sturdy Health’s Peer Support Group for Perinatal Mood Disorders. This peer group offers support to expectant and postpartum mothers who may be suffering from mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and/or phobias. Led by Sturdy Health staff.

This peer support group will meet on the first Monday of the month at 1:00 p.m. via Zoom.
