How do you approach care? 

As a physician assistant, I like to approach care with empathy. I prioritize understanding each patient’s values, concerns, and goals, and integrating evidence-based medicine. I like to involve patients in shared decision-making to make informed choices about their health. I like to form relationships with patients built on trust and fostering long-term partnerships.  

What inspired you to pursue a career in healthcare and your specialty? 

I have always been interested in the sciences and had a desire to help others. Healthcare combines science, problem- solving and patient care which drove me to pursue a career in medicine, with the hope to make a meaningful impact on people's lives.  

Why did you choose to join Sturdy Health? 

I chose Sturdy Health because of its reputation for providing high-quality patient centered care and its commitment to community health. 

What are your personal interests? 

I enjoy hiking and pilates. I love to travel and visit new places, my favorite place to visit is Greece.
