How do you approach care?

My approach to patient care is to build trust, gather their medical and social information in collaboration with my junior staff. I respect and strongly consider my patients' input before I finalize the plan of their management.

What inspired you to pursue a career in healthcare and your specialty?

During my professional journey being a family physician, I mostly dealt with geriatric population which is my passion as well. So, I put all my efforts to provide the best continuity and integrated care by involving specialties, home care and family members. I am from a family of medicine background. I knew that I was going to be a doctor since I got my first toy which was a medical kit. I am empathetic, compassionate, a good listener, and communicator. I am also a critical thinker and problem solver, and I am committed to life-long learning and improving my skills for the benefit of my patients.

Why did you choose to join Sturdy Health?

Sturdy Health is a stable, well-respected medical organization. I am sure that here I will be able to deliver the best continuity care to my patients by working in a system where I can approach the hospital of record and connect them with a team of competent specialists.

What are your personal interests?

I enjoy spending time with my children, reading, watching TV, and my pet poodle. I am a good cook, like to sew, and love long drives.
