From strep throat to croup, to runny noses, rashes, and respiratory viruses, most children will experience some illnesses growing up. One of the two Sturdy Health Pediatrics offices will be open on Saturdays (North Main Street or Pleasant Street) from 8:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. Please call for an appointment. Both offices are closed on Sundays.
Our phones are forwarded to our answering service each day between 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. for lunch. Beginning at 4:00 p.m. the answering service is available to reach a triage nurse or the on-call pediatrician.
Since children don’t always get sick between the hours of 9 and 5, we are part of a large coverage group of pediatricians so that we can provide 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week coverage for illnesses and emergencies.
