Appointment Reminders & Digital Check-In Process

If you are a patient with an upcoming appointment, you will receive an appointment reminder and can confirm or cancel your appointment with one click. The secure link will take you to pre-visit paperwork and the ability to pay co-pays ahead of time. Your previous information will be pre-populated in the pre-visit forms so you will only need to confirm or edit information, as preferred. If you make updates on your pre-visit forms, that information will be automatically updated in your electronic health record and available on the MySturdyHealth Patient Portal.
