Appointment Reminders & Digital Check-In Process
As part of Sturdy Health’s digital practice transformation to ensure you have the best patient experience, we are thrilled to launch a new appointment reminder and digital check-in process. Throughout 2024, we will be gradually rolling out the new reminders and check-in process at each medical practice. After a practice has launched this new tool, patients will receive appointment reminders by text and/or email along with a secure link to complete their pre-visit forms to save time at check in.
If you are a patient with an upcoming appointment, when you receive the appointment reminder, you can confirm or cancel your appointment with one click. The secure link will take you to pre-visit paperwork and the ability to pay co-pays ahead of time. Your previous information will be pre-populated in the pre-visit forms so you will only need to confirm or edit information, as preferred. If you make updates on your pre-visit forms, that information will be automatically updated in your electronic health record and available on the MySturdyHealth Patient Portal.
