I strive to deliver patient centered care by involving patients in decision making regarding their healthcare, as well as culturally competent care, and strive to ensure patient safety and create a positive patient experience.
I entered medicine because of the unique challenges of applying science to the betterment of people with illness, I enjoy the problem-solving aspect of Emergency Medicine and being able to help people with their unexpected health care issues.
Being available to patients during their acute need for medical care.
I enjoy volunteering as medical director at a children’s youth camp in Vermont. I have spent many years traveling and performing medical relief work. I enjoy many outdoor activities such as sailing, skiing, tennis, and mountain biking.
