A Simpler Start to Your Visit
Confirm, Update, and Check In Ahead of Time
If you have an upcoming appointment, you will receive an appointment reminder with the option to confirm or cancel with one click. The secure link will take you to pre-visit paperwork and an option to make your co-payments ahead of time. Your previous information will be pre-populated in the forms, so you will only need to confirm or update it. Any updates you make will be automatically added to your electronic health record and available through the MySturdyHealth Patient Portal.
