Work-related Injury & Clinical Care
- Work-related injury evaluation and treatment
- Follow-up care
- Bloodborne pathogen follow-up
- Return-to-work exams and clearance
- Referrals to specialists as needed
- OSHA recordable case documentation
Employment & Regulatory Physical Exams
- Pre-placement / post-offer physicals
- DOT / CDL physicals
- Fit-for-duty and return-to-work exams
- Annual or periodic physical
- Respirator clearance exams
- Audiometric testing
- Vision screening (Snellen, color, depth perception)
- Pulmonary function testing
Immunizations & Medical Surveillance
- Hepatitis B vaccine series
- Tdap, MMR, Varicella, and other required immunizations

Department of Transportation Physicals
In keeping with Department of Transportation (DOT) standards, OHS is able to provide DOT physical exams with Certified Medical Examiners for commercial motor vehicle drivers.
