Our Services
Outpatient Rehabilitation Services
Our outpatient services at Sturdy Health Rehabilitation Services help you regain function, improve mobility, and return to the activities you enjoy after an injury, illness, or surgery. Our team of licensed therapists—including Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Physical Therapists (PTs)—works together to provide personalized, evidence-based care in a compassionate, supportive environment.
Our rehabilitation team works closely with your referring providers to support continuity of care and keep them informed about your progress. For providers within the Sturdy Health network, our integrated electronic medical record system allows us to share information and coordinate treatment plans efficiently. This helps our care teams stay connected and ensures your rehabilitation plan remains aligned with your overall care. We also work closely with Sturdy Health’s orthopedic and sports medicine providers and surgeons to coordinate rehabilitation as part of your recovery. This collaborative approach helps ensure your rehabilitation care is connected to the rest of your treatment plan.
