Rajendrasinh Rathod, MBBS, MD, MHL, FACOG, is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist at Sturdy Health OB/GYN & Women’s Health – Plainville in Plainville, MA. Dr. Rathod attended premedical school in India and obtained his MBBS degree at BJ Medical College, Gujarat University. Dr. Rathod did his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News, VA. He completed an Executive Master of Healthcare Leadership from Brown University in Providence, RI.

I like providing comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care to my patients. Providing compassionate, equitable care based on current evidence-based practices is also important.
I went to medical school at 18 because I was fascinated by the field of medicine. I chose to be an obstetrician and gynecologist because I wanted to provide healthcare to women of all ages. Every day, I get to help all kinds of patients, ranging from adolescent gynecology to women with menopausal and post-menopausal issues, as well as low- to high-risk obstetrics.
Sturdy Health is a community health system where I can provide healthcare services to a wide range of patient populations.
In my free time, I like to keep up to date by reading current affairs. I love traveling to new places and spending time with my family.
