WellFITT Exercise Program

Sturdy Health’s WellFITT Exercise Program is a safe, effective exercise program to help kickstart a healthier lifestyle. All ages and abilities are welcome to participate as long as medical clearance is provided.

Participants receive an individualized exercise plan based on the FITT Principle (Frequency, Intensity, Time, Type) with medical supervision by exercise physiologists who ensure safety as you exercise to meet your goals. The program also includes risk factor education and nutrition guidance designed for maintaining a heart-healthy lifestyle.

Work with our team in Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation and Wellness Exercise Services at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, MA. Medical clearance required.

Registration Details

$150 for 12 sessions over 6 weeks
