Language Access
If you speak a language other than English or are a person who is deaf or hard of hearing, free language assistance services are available to you. Appropriate auxiliary aids and services to provide information in accessible formats are also available free of charge. Please request services when making your appointment or when you check in.

Translation & Interpreting Resources
If you, or a family member, require access to translation services, we offer a range of resources to assist. Free of charge, we will ensure your ability to communicate your needs and provide the necessary information so that you understand the plan of care.

Notice of Language Availability
Interpreting Services:
- We use Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) and voice interpreting services with access to medically qualified interpreters 24/7 to provide high-quality video and audio translations designed specifically for healthcare professionals and patients. Click here for the list of more than 40 VRI languages and over 200 voice languages available.
Services for patients who are deaf and hard of hearing:
- Auxiliary aids and services for communicating with deaf and hard of hearing are available upon request. We also provide ASL and Certified Deaf Interpretation (CDI) through use of video services.
