Sturdy Health’s Natalie Cook Named to Becker’s 2025 List of “Top Hospital and Health System CHROs to Know”

Attleboro, MA, April 21, 2025 - Sturdy Health is proud to announce that Natalie Cook, Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, has been named one of Becker’s Hospital Review’s “Top Hospital and Health System CHROs to Know in 2025.” This national recognition celebrates Cook’s visionary leadership and her transformative impact on human resources strategy and operations across the Sturdy Health system. 

Since joining Sturdy Health in 2022, Cook has reimagined the human resources function into a strategic driver of organizational excellence. Through a forward-looking approach to talent acquisition and retention, Cook has played a pivotal role in enhancing workforce stability. With a strong commitment to employee wellbeing, Cook introduced competitive, employee-centered benefits. She expanded wellness offerings supported by a newly formed Wellness Committee and an annual health and benefits fair.
