How do you approach care?
I was a resident at Women & Infants' Hospital of Rhode Island/Brown University where I served as the Chief Resident. I have worked in many different areas of medicine including private practice, community health, academic medicine and medical leadership. I take pride in the bonds that I build with patients and strive to treat all my patients the way I would like my family and friends to be treated. I try to create an upbeat and friendly environment in both the office and the hospital to make all patients feel comfortable and welcome.
What inspired you to pursue a career in healthcare and your specialty?
I was drawn to OB/Gyn because the field allows physicians to form long term relationships with their patients and see them through some of the most important times of their lives.
Why did you choose to join Sturdy Health?
I am excited to be a part of a team of excellent clinicians and to provide personalized care to my patients.
What are your personal interests?
I am a wine enthusiast and even make my own wine. In my time off I will be often found in my yard gardening and in the kitchen cooking with home-grown vegetables. I love to travel and am often working on scheduling my next big adventure.
