Get to Know the Provider

How do you approach care?

It's an honor to work with patients. I think that listening and getting to know people are one of the most important parts of the doctor-patient relationship. It's just as important to know the details of their family life, what they like to do (hobbies etc.), and the intricacies and vicissitudes of their everyday lives as the pathology of their diseases.

What inspired you to pursue a career in healthcare and your specialty?

Ever since my third year medicine elective I have found cardiology to be fascinating: the way the heart works and the many tools that can be used to study it. And information changes all the time, so it keeps you on your toes!

Why did you choose to join Sturdy Health?

I was impressed by the friendliness of the various members of the healthcare team and the knowledge of the doctors that I have met.

What are your personal interests?

Outside of cardiology, I enjoy staying active through cycling/spinning, travel, films, dogs, and music.
