Richard Hayes, MD is a board-certified cardiologist who practices at Sturdy Health Cardiology in Attleboro, Massachusetts. Dr. Hayes received his Doctor of Medicine from New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York and completed his residency at NY-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical College in New York, New York. He completed a fellowship in cardiology at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, New York. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York. Dr. Hayes is board-certified in cardiovascular diseases by the American Board of Internal Medicine, in adult echocardiography by the National Board of Echocardiography, and in nuclear cardiology by the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology. He was assistant chief resident in internal medicine at New York – Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical College in New York. His teaching positions have included attending physician at Nuclear Cardiology NYU-Langone Medical Center, attending physician at Bellevue Hospital Center in New York, and director of the Echo lab and the cardiac care unit (CCU) at NY Presbyterian Downtown Hospital.
