I’ve had a longstanding interest in healthcare since I was in high school. I started down a couple different paths while I was in college but never quite settled on anything. I worked a few different jobs while I was figuring out my career and saw how life-changing physical therapy could be for some people. I pursued graduate school, and my clinical experiences gave me the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population — people with neurological conditions, dizziness and balance conditions, and orthopedic conditions — and I loved it. I now get to work in our outpatient physical therapy clinic as well as our Multiple Sclerosis Center, helping people who have both straightforward and complex challenges to activity and mobility. My favorite thing is showing someone they have the ability to do something they thought they could not do.
