Improving Function Through Physical Therapy
Our Physical Therapists (PTs) are movement and rehabilitation specialists with extensive clinical training in musculoskeletal, neurological, and sports-related conditions. They use evidence-based treatments to help you improve strength, mobility, balance, and endurance while working toward your individual goals. - Aquatic therapy, which uses the therapeutic properties of water to reduce stress on your joints and promote healing
- Return-to-sport testing, to assess whether athletes are physically and functionally ready to safely resume activity
- Hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education to optimize recovery and prevent re-injury
