Why did I receive a bill?
You may have received a bill as a result of the co-pays and deductibles on your health insurance. If you have additional questions, you may call our Billing Department for more information.
Why am I receiving multiple bills for one medical service?
In addition to your hospital bill, you may receive additional invoices for select services. Physician billing and hospital billing are separate. The hospital will send you one bill and the physician who provided services for the hospital component will also send a bill for his/her charges.
Can I arrange a payment plan?
For balances owed to the Hospital, please call the Patient Financial Services office at (888) 894-0926. For balances owed to Sturdy Health Medical Group practices, please call (774) 203-2900.
