Aquatic Physical Therapy
The physical therapists at Sturdy Health Rehabilitation Services offer aquatic physical therapy at the Attleboro Downtown YMCA-Balfour Pool. Treatment sessions are scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays 1 – 3 p.m.
Is Aquatic Physical Therapy Right for You?
You may benefit from aquatic physical therapy if you have:
- Low back pain with little or no benefit from other treatments
- Neck pain
- Polyarthrite rhumatoïde
- Osteoporosis
- Osteoarthritis
- Pregnancy-related pain
- Fibromyalgia or other myofascial pain syndromes
- Joint hypermobility disorders
- Total joint replacements
- Post-operative orthopedic surgeries including spine surgeries
