Office Staff Answer & Respond to Calls: 9:00 – 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Office Phones Are Forwarded: During Lunch: Monday – Friday, 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Overnight: Monday – Thursday, 4:30 p.m. – 9:00 a.m. On Weekends: Friday, 4:00 p.m. – Monday, 9:00 a.m. During Holidays: See holiday hours below. Your Call is Important to Us: Missed calls received during office hours will be followed up on as soon as possible. Non-urgent messages are forwarded to our office staff every weekday morning.
