Preparing for Parenthood

Preparing for your baby’s arrival is exciting and can come with plenty of questions. At Sturdy Health, our education classes and support programs are designed to help you and your partner feel informed, prepared, and more confident as you get ready to welcome your baby.

Our support and education programs include childbirth education led by certified childbirth instructors, breastfeeding classes and support, infant CPR, and a variety of support groups for growing families.
